Agenda:

1. Trust Registration - The Managing Trustee, Dr.K.Subashini announced that Tamil Heritage Foundation is now transformed into a Trust . Originally THF was registered in Tamil Nadu, India under Society act. In order to extend THF to accommodate International Tamil Heritage Preservation needs, this organization is now transforming as a global organization, registered as a Trust with the amendment to its name as Tamil Heritage Foundation International (THFi).

Current Status:

1. India - Registered as a Trust
2. Germany - Registered as a Trust
3. Malaysia - Registered as a Sociaty
4. Sri Lanka - Registration is in progress

2. The THFi Management - The Global THFi activities will be managed within three larger segments:

1. International Coordinators
2. India Coordinatior
3. Regional Coordinator (Tamil Nadu)

3.THFi Trust - Governance Body

8. Membership for India- Since its inception THF was functioning without charging membership fee. With the new amendment to Trust formation,  THF will implement membership fee for all its members. The Membership fee will be discussed and decided country wise accordingly.

Membership Fee categories for India:

a) Life Membership 5,000 Rs.

b) Regular Member 300 Rs.

c) Student Member 200 Rs.

d) Institutional Members  25,000 Rs.

9.E-Learning : THFi will start web training courses for  interested public. The contents will be mainly on Tamil History, Anthropology and Sociology. New contents will be developed.

10.THFi Chennai - 2019 Program. The Chennai team will plan and conduct the following activities for 2019.

1. 2 Days Epigraphy Workshop in Chennai
